Our Founder
Mustafa Haji Kershman
Founder & CEO
Mustafa Haji Kershman founded EELELL with the vision to transform insurance brokerage in Libya by combining international expertise with deep local knowledge. His diverse background spans international relations, finance, and entrepreneurship, providing a unique perspective on risk management in complex markets.
Mustafa studied International Relations in Geneva, where he developed a global perspective on political and economic dynamics. He pursued his education in Finance in Barcelona, gaining expertise in financial markets and risk assessment. During his time in Spain, he interned with Aresbank, a correspondent bank in Barcelona, where he learned the intricacies of international banking and cross-border financial operations.
Upon returning to Libya, Mustafa led several private businesses, including an IT company, where he gained firsthand experience with the challenges Libyan businesses face in managing risk, securing appropriate insurance coverage, and navigating complex regulatory environments. This entrepreneurial experience revealed significant gaps in the local insurance market and inspired the creation of EELELL.
Today, Mustafa leads EELELL with a commitment to bringing international standards to the Libyan insurance industry while maintaining the personal service and local expertise that Libyan businesses need. His vision is to build the premier truly international Libyan insurance broker, connecting local businesses to global markets and raising the bar for service excellence in the region.
